There is more to grilling than traditional meat. Aside from pork, chicken, beef, seafood, there are a variety of vegetables that you can put to the grill.

One particular item is garlic. You might be thinking that how in the world could you possibly do this? Well, the good news is you could actually pull this off. And it’s really simple too. Davao barbeque states that it goes really good with whatever it is you are grilling.

Here are the basic ingredients. 1 whole garlic clove, 1 tbsp butter, salt, and aluminum wrap. Once you have your ingredients, cut the top part of the garlic where the shoot extends. Make sure you get a little of the garlic clove too. Just to open it up.

Get your aluminum foil ready, cut out a sheet that would wrap the entire garlic clove. Put your butter on the top part of the garlic, sprinkle salt, and wrap the entire thing. Make sure that it is sealed with the foil.

Now just put it on your grill and leave it there for about 45 minutes to an hour. Put it on the edge of the grill so you can still cook other portions and the grill itself. Once it’s cooked, all your other dishes should be cooked as well. So just open it up and when it’s thoroughly done, it should be soft and would break easily when poked with a fork.

This actually goes really well with fish and pork dishes. So give it a try and be surprised at how easy it is to make grilled garlic.
